Submission of Complaints and Inquiries

If you choose to submit a complaint or general inquiry through the website, this is done on your own initiative.

Roles and Responsibilities

Politiskreklame.dk acts as a data processor on behalf of the media outlets that receive and process complaints. We have entered into data processing agreements with the respective media outlets, ensuring that your information is processed lawfully, securely, and in accordance with GDPR. It is therefore the individual media outlet that is the data controller for the further processing of your complaint or inquiry.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your information is based on your voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and to fulfill the purpose of complaint handling (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:
